The major concern in Delhi and in the nearby cities is the Black Marketing and Hoarding of Essential commodities like medicines and medicinal equipments.
Things to remember:
- No one can charge anything over the MRP.
- If they do so, kindly ask them to give a bill regarding the same.
- If denied, then record the entire situation and file a complaint to the concerned authorities and/or you may file a consumer complaint too.
If you want to file any complaint regarding Black Marketing and Hoarding, then mentioned are the concerned authorities as per the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and The Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980.
